1. Condition of Items

All pieces offered by Barakat Antiquities are genuine antiques, typically over 100 years old. As such, all items are sold “AS IS.”
Natural signs of age, patina, wear, nicks, scratches, and minor imperfections are expected and reflect the authentic historical character of each piece. Since quality and condition are subjective, it is the buyer’s responsibility to review the item carefully before purchase.

We do not restore pieces but can provide reputable referrals upon request.

2. Authenticity & Documentation

We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold.
Each piece is issued an Authenticity Certificate as well as an Export Approval Certificate in accordance with local and international regulations.

3. Legally Acquired Pieces

All antiquities offered are legally acquired and sourced ethically and responsibly.

4. Online Purchases

For online orders, please inspect all photos thoroughly.
Please note that colors in images may vary slightly from the original item due to lighting and screen settings.

If you require additional images, videos, or information, we are happy to provide them.

We also encourage clients to visit the shop during opening hours or by appointment to inspect items in person whenever possible.

5. Shipping & Packaging

We offer worldwide shipping, and the shipping cost is included in the item price.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–4 days of purchase.
Delivery typically takes up to two weeks, unless delayed by public holidays or unforeseen customs processes.

All items are professionally wrapped and prepared in-house to ensure safe and secure delivery.

6. Sales Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of antique items, we do not accept returns or exchanges
