A rare pottery storage jar with globular body, pouring spout and three handles including a distinctive pillar-handle formation surrounding the spout.

The mouth of the spout was designed to serve as a seat for small dipper-juglet, intended to catch and return any liquid dripping from the juglet after use.

This functional feature reflects sophisticated domestic storage and pouring practices during Late Bronze- Early Iron Age transition in the Levant.
