Ancient Roman Glass Jug. 3rd-4th Century CE.

The vessel features an everted, rounded rim with a vertical outer edge. it has a cylindrical neck that gradually widens toward the base, leading into a cylindrical body with a flat bottom. A wide ribbed handle (composed of six ribs) extends from just below the shoulder and is attached to the neck and rim with folded join. A thick applied trail decorates the outer rim.Blown glass, light bluish-green tint.

The vessel shows evidence of cracking and late restoration.
